Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Aura Nexus LLC (“Aura Nexus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit auranexustech.com (the “Website”) or contact us by email. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Website and to communications you send us. It does not apply to our software products or apps. Each Aura Nexus product, including ActionInbox, will have its own privacy policy describing the data that product handles, and that policy will be made available before the product is released.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
The Website has no accounts, sign-up forms, or payment features. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message and any attachments.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, when you visit the Website our hosting and network provider automatically processes technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the service. This may include your IP address, browser type, device and operating system information, the pages requested, referring URL, and the date and time of the request. We do not use this information to identify you personally.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your messages and provide the information or support you request.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website, including preventing abuse and fraud.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and communicating about our business, and on compliance with legal obligations, as the legal bases for this processing.
4. Cookies and tracking
The Website does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or social media tracking pixels, and it does not load fonts or scripts from third-party servers. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security purposes (for example, to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic). If this changes, we will update this policy.
Because the Website does not track visitors over time or across other websites, it does not respond differently to “Do Not Track” browser signals or Global Privacy Control signals.
5. How information is shared
We share information only as needed to run the Website and our business:
- Service providers that process information on our behalf: Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts and delivers the Website, and Northwest Registered Agent, which provides our domain and email services.
- Legal requirements, when we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Aura Nexus, our users, or others.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy's protections.
6. Retention
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and for legitimate business or legal record-keeping purposes, and then delete it. Technical logs kept by our service providers are retained according to their own retention practices, which are typically limited.
7. Security
The Website is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to know what information we hold about you, to access or receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email contact@auranexustech.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority where you live.
9. Children
The Website is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. International visitors
Aura Nexus LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company based in the United States. If you access the Website from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate, which may have data protection laws different from those in your country.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
